As the owner and managing partner of Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group LLC, Bari Zell Weinberger dedicates her practice exclusively to handling all matters involving family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal and child support, domestic violence, same-sex marriage and divorce, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, asset division, post-divorce matters, mediation and related family law issues. She serves clients throughout New Jersey through the firm's 5 offices in Bergen, Burlington, Monmouth, Morris and Somerset County.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Ms. Weinberger earned her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. She served a clerkship for a judge with the Middlesex County Superior Court prior to entering the private practice sector. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Ms. Weinberger is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a specialist in matrimonial law.
Freely sharing her experiences with others, Ms. Weinberger is the author of numerous legal articles, regularly leads legal education seminars, and is frequently called upon by news outlets and media organizations to serve as a legal expert.
