Joshua D. Cooper is an associate at Williams Law Group, LLC, in Parsippany, New Jersey, where he concentrates his practice in family law, divorce and mediation. While at law school, Mr. Cooper honed his contractual and negotiation skills as a senior in-house counsel intern at Turner Construction Company. He also completed a comprehensive internship at the Anthony Pope Law Firm, where he rotated through criminal defense, personal injury, contract law and family law divisions.
Following graduation, Mr. Cooper served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark Baber, J.S.C., at the Hudson County Superior Court. In that capacity, he participated in hearings, trials and mediations, drafted legal opinions, and assisted in negotiations on family law matters. Licensed in New Jersey since 2022, he is renowned for his empathy and accessibility – often making himself available outside regular hours to ensure clients feel supported throughout the legal process.
