Sara E. Kucsan

Sara E. Kucsan is a dedicated partner at Williams Law Group, LLC, located in Parsippany, New Jersey, where she channels her competence into the realm of family law. Ms. Kucsan's academic journey began with a B.S. in criminal justice and a minor in Legal Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology. She then earned her J.D. and LL.M. from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During her studies, she gained valuable experience as a student attorney and intern, focusing on human trafficking and juvenile justice, and honed her mediation skills.

Following law school, Ms. Kucsan clerked for the Honorable Deborah J. Venezia in the Middlesex County Superior Court, Chancery Division – Family Part, where she deepened her understanding of divorce and adoption cases. Her legal acumen has been demonstrated in various courts, including the Appellate Division, the United States district courts and the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Ms. Kucsan also dedicates her time to volunteering as an early settlement panelist in Middlesex County, aiding parties in divorce cases to reach amicable settlements. Additionally, she has been appointed as a guardian ad litem for both adults and children in numerous counties, reflecting her commitment to serving the community and supporting those in need.
