Alexandra Macaluso

Serving clients across New Jersey and New York, Alexandra Macaluso represents them in matters of personal injury. Handling cases including motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and dog bites, she provides compassionate and reliable representation to victims. Working from her office at Fusco & Macaluso Attorneys at Law in Passaic, New Jersey, she additionally represents members of the Fraternal Order of Police.

Upon completion of her undergraduate studies in legal studies from Quinnipiac University, Ms. Macaluso worked for multiple law firms across various areas of the law. She also interned at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Later, she enrolled at Seton Hall Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor. She was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2017 and in the following year gained licensure to practice in New York. She is also admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Before practicing law as an attorney, Ms. Macaluso served as a law clerk for the now-presiding criminal judge in the Hudson County Vicinage Court. She also went on to earn a certification in both legal mediation and a Landlord/Tenant certification in the Special Civil Part. After completing her clerkship, she became an assistant prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, during which she practiced in various units, including the Juvenile Unit and the Task Force Unit.

Ms. Macaluso's experience as a prosecutor puts her in a favorable position in her current practice. It equipped her with courtroom experience and insight into legal strategies. This background enhances her ability to effectively advocate for clients, anticipate opposing arguments and navigate complex legal situations, ultimately leading to more favorable outcomes in the personal injury cases she handles today.
