Gregory G. Gianforcaro

Attorney Gregory G. Gianforcaro focuses his practice on clergy and school sexual abuse, as well as motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury matters. As the founder of the Gianforcaro Law in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Mr. Gianforcaro represents personal injury victims in Warren County and sexual abuse victims throughout the state of New Jersey.

Mr. Gianforcaro has over 30 years of experience and has spent over 20 years of his career fighting on behalf of childhood sexual abuse victims. He provides personalized representation and aggressively advocates for his clients, fighting hard to ensure justice is achieved.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Mr. Gianforcaro is a nationally recognized figure when it comes to sexual abuse within the clergy. He has appeared on national media outlets including the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

Mr. Gianforcaro is active in his legal and professional communities, previously serving as president of the Warren County Bar Association and president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hunterdon Somerset & Warren. He is a member of the Warren County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association, the National Crime Victim Bar Association, the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests and the Phillipsburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Gianforcaro earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and construction technology from Temple University and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 1988, which qualified him to appear in all New Jersey state courts.
