She also has handled matters focused on the business torts of unfair competition, product disparagement, and tortious interference with existing/prospective contractual relationships; construction defects; zoning laws and regulations; select topics in Delaware corporate law; evidentiary and discovery disputes, including electronic discovery and spoliation of evidence.

    Ms. Schoenefeld is a long-standing member the American Bar Association's Sections of Litigation, Antitrust Law, Science & Technology Law, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, and is active in the Section of International Law where she served as a vice-chair of the Europe Committee (2007-2009), vice-chair of the International Committee (2009-2013), and served as an executive editor of The International Dispute Resolution News, a joint publication of the International Litigation, International Arbitration, and International Mediation Committees (2009-2012).

    Ms. Schoenefeld is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and California.  She graduated from Rutgers Business School and Douglass College in 2002 with high honors, double-majoring in Accounting and German language.  She earned her Juris Doctor in 2005 from Rutgers School of Law - Newark where she served as Managing Research Editor of Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal.
