A 1983 graduate of Muhlenberg College, Mr. Bialkowski attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall University Law Review. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986, and the New Jersey State Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year.

The New York State Bar Association admitted him in 1988, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A recognized leader in his field, Mr. Bialkowski has written extensively and conducted numerous lectures and seminars on a variety of legal topics, and he currently serves as a professor of construction law for New York University, where he received the Teaching Excellence Award. In recognition for his contributions as an educator, he also earned the Distinguished Faculty Award from Lorman Education Services.

A consummate professional, Mr. Bialkowski also maintains an active presence in his legal community as evidenced by his membership with a number of local, state and national bar associations, and he has served as general counsel and director of the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey since 2003.
