Jennifer J. McCaskill

Attorney Jennifer McCaskill founded her Red Bank law firm, the Law Office of Jennifer J. Ms. McCaskill began her legal career in 2003 after earning her law degree from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and her admission to the Virginia State Bar. In addition to having received her approval to practice in all of Virginia's state courts, The District of Columbia Bar granted her admission in 2004, and the state of New Jersey followed suit in 2006.

Over the course of her legal career, Ms. McCaskill has earned the respect of her clients and her peers. She is an active volunteer in the legal community, and she has served as both an early settlement panelist and an intensive settlement panelist in Monmouth County since 2012, thanks to her extensive training in family law mediation.
