Robert Tafuri

Admitted to practice law in New Jersey in December of 1980, Robert Tafuri is a partner attorney at Atkins, Tafuri, Minassian, D'Amato, Beane & Miller, P.A., a firm based in the township of River Edge, New Jersey. In more than forty years of practice, he has gained extensive experience in one particular niche of law, family law. From complex divorce cases to fighting for the client’s child’s custody to the preparation of postnuptial and prenuptial agreements, he has handled all aspects of family law.

A distinguished litigator, Mr. Tafuri is also highly sought after by individuals and families when they want to settle matters outside court, and they prefer mediation and arbitration services. Recognizing that each case is unique, he strategically tailors his approach, eschewing a one-size-fits-all method.
