Founding attorney Benjamin C. Curcio established the Roseland law firm of Curcio Mirzaian Sirot LLC in 2010 after having gained more than 10 years of experience as an attorney in both New York and New Jersey. Since founding his firm, Mr. Curcio has focused his practice on representing the interests of individuals and businesses from both states in a wide variety of disputes, including:

Mr. Curcio began his legal career in 1998 after earning his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and his approval to practice law in New Jersey. In 1999, New York state also granted its approval for him to practice law in its courtrooms. In addition, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey have issued their approvals, as have the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
Throughout Mr. Curcio's legal career, he has earned the respect of both his clients and his peers thanks to his long record of success as a skilled trial attorney and his extensive legal knowledge. He has also received recognition for his dedication to ethics, and he served as a member of the District VA Ethics Committee for five years.
