Mr. Nagel has been able to obtain several settlements and jury awards in the amount of six figures and higher. He also has significant experience in consumer fraud and other types of class action litigation as well as in general commercial disputes.

Mr. Nagel is admitted to practice before all New Jersey state courts. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 3rd and 4th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Nagel's undergraduate education came at Cornell University, from where he received a Bachelor of Science in 1974. He then pursued his legal studies at New York University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1977.
