Bruce H. Nagel

A co-founder of Nagel Rice, LLP, Bruce Nagel, is one of the country’s premier trial attorneys having obtained over $1 billion in settlements and verdicts.  Bruce specializes in serious personal injury, medical malpractice, class action, business disputes and complex litigation.   He has received numerous accolades for his trial accomplishments including being named on the Top 10 Super Lawyers list and named by the National Law Journal as one of the Top 50 Plaintiff’s Trial Attorneys in the Country.

With offices in Manhattan and Roseland, New Jersey, Mr. Nagel provides representation to clients throughout the metropolitan area and handled some of the highest profile cases in the country including, Short Hills Mall carjacking wrongful death case, Amtrak train derailment, cyberbullying suicide by sixth grader, Paramus bus crash with fatal injuries, and Boy Scout sexual abuse cases.  Mr. Nagel has achieved some of the highest settlements and verdicts in New Jersey history and has appeared on Nightline, Good Morning America, Megan Kelly, CNBC, and all major news network. 

Mr. Nagel is admitted to practice before New Jersey state and federal courts.  He is also admitted to practice the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st, 3rd, 4th and 9th Circuits.  Mr. Nagel graduated from Cornell University (1974) and New York University School of Law (1977).
