John A. Patti

John A. Patti is a Partner with Sarno da Costa D'Aniello Maceri LLC. He is Certified in Matrimonial Law by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey and possessing over 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Patti provides highly personalized counsel and support to clients throughout Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties and the surrounding areas. He diligently serves those who are going through a divorce or have some other serious legal challenges affecting their families.

A passionate attorney, Mr. Patti takes the time to get to know his clients so that he can offer the most relevant advice for their legal issues pertaining the child custody and support, property division, alimony, and other related matters. A seasoned litigator, he is fully prepared to take his clients' issues to court if no agreement can be reached through negotiation or mediation.

A 1987 graduate of William Paterson University, Mr. Patti obtained his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 1991. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District for the New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A leader in his field, Mr. Patti has published several articles and conducted lectures and seminars on a variety of topics related to family and matrimonial law. He is also the president-elect of the Monmouth-Ocean Family Law Inns of Court and a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Additionally, Mr. Patti is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association, New Jersey Association for Justice and the Ocean-Monmouth Family Inns of Court.
