After earning his undergraduate degree from Saint Peter’s University, Mr. Baldassare completed his master’s at the Iowa State University. He then decided to study law at the Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. Obtaining his Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 1999, he gained his license to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was later admitted in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Mr. Baldassare has argued matters of first impression before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. He has extensive experience in handling civil litigation cases in both federal and state courts, involving trade secrets, partnership disputes, fraud, breach of contract and civil RICO cases. Furthermore, he represents clients in administrative, licensing and regulatory proceedings that frequently flow from criminal matters.
