John S. Wisniewski

John S. Wisniewski serves as the managing member of Wisniewski & Associates, LLC, in Sayreville, New Jersey, where he offers legal counsel to individuals, commercial entities and public authorities throughout New Jersey. His practice includes general practice, contracts, real estate and real estate development, zoning, planning and land use, commercial law, wills and living wills, local government law, torts, tax-exempt finance, municipal utility law, sewer and utility law, and property tax matters such as assessments, abatements and appeals.

A proud alumnus of the Seton Hall University School of Law, Mr. Wisniewski honed his shrewd legal acumen there and earned his Juris Doctor in 1987. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and economics from Rutgers University in 1984. The same year he graduated from law school, he was licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

With more than 37 years of experience, Mr. Wisniewski has established himself as a respectable figure in the legal profession. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, strategic problem-solving skills and ability to navigate challenging legal and regulatory matters for a wide variety of clients.

An engaged member of the legal profession, Mr. Wisniewski remains active in several distinguished associations, such as the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.
