Ralph J. Lamparello

As managing partner of Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC, Ralph J. Lamparello represents clients in Secaucus, New Jersey. His practice is focused on employment and labor law, business litigation, criminal defense, governmental law and civil litigation. Named the “Lawyer of the Year” in Employment Law - Management by the Best Lawyers in America, he has over five decades of experience and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

After graduating cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Lamparello moved on to earn a law degree at St. John’s University School of Law. He was given the Medal of Honor by the New Jersey State Bar Foundation in 2019, and the Hudson County Bar Association named him the “Professional Lawyer of the Year” in 2009 and in 2014. A trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, he was also the first attorney in four decades from Hudson County to lead the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Lamparello is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. For several years, he was certified as a criminal trial attorney and a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

A member of the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, Mr. Lamparello is also a former president of the Hudson County Bar Association. He is currently involved with the New York State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
