Gregory A. Lomax

A veteran trial attorney with over 30 years of experience, Gregory A. Lomax is knowledgeable in matters relating to intracompany disputes, ranging from fiduciary duty matters and owner derivative claims to claims of shareholder oppression and fraud. Litigation Chair at Lauletta Birnbaum in Sewell, New Jersey, Mr. Lomax is adept in issues such as business divorce, business litigation, intellectual property claims, commercial landlord-tenant matters and other complex commercial litigation matters.

With a tireless work ethic combined with a meticulous approach to his clients’ cases, Mr. Lomax is a pillar of leadership within the legal community and sets a high bar for the standard of service of his industry. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lomax has tried to verdict many cases including lengthy trials involving shareholder ownership disputes, class actions and intellectual property matters, among many others.

A 1985 B.S. degree graduate in marketing and economics from Juniata College, as well as an all-conference performer on the college football team, Mr. Lomax went on to attend the Widener University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in December 1990.  Since 1991, Mr. Lomax has been admitted to practice in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, as well as U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.

Lauded by his peers for his many contributions to the legal field, Mr. Lomax has received recognition from a host of organizations for his many accomplishments, including being peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, and the South Jersey Biz magazine as one of the Best Attorneys in Business.
