With a bachelor’s degree in public administration from the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Mr. Bronsnick completed his M.A. in political science and government at Johns Hopkins University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School. During law school, he served as the president of The Federalist Society. He received the Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellowship funded by the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, where he studied the impact of legislation from a high-level perspective on various interests for the Assembly Republican Office.
With his experience working for the health care department of a prominent law firm in New Jersey, Mr. Bronsnick deals with licenses and registrations, anti-kickback and self-referral laws, privacy regulations/breaches and reimbursement disputes for several health care providers. He works closely with OlenderFeldman LLP’s commercial real estate investments, development, leases, land use and closings team.
Admitted to practice law in all courts in New Jersey, Mr. Bronsnick assists companies with entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, regulatory compliance, and drafting and enforcing contracts and agreements. In addition to his legal knowledge, he has a solid understanding of how the law impacts the daily operations of businesses.
