Adam Lederman, Esq. is a Partner at the Law Firm of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. He is an active member of the firm’s litigation group and concentrates his practice on helping the seriously injured get the compensation they deserve. Since joining the firm, Adam has represented hundreds of clients involved in all types of motor vehicle, bus and trucking accidents. Adam attended New York University where he majored in Sociology and minored in Law and Society, graduating magna cum laude, before earning his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of-Law.

Adam is deeply committed to studying and elevating the practice of personal injury law. He is also widely respected in New Jersey’s legal community for regularly sharing his expertise with colleagues through his participation with the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ). In 2013, Adam was appointed to NJAJ’s Board of Governors, where he earned the distinction of serving as the Board’s youngest member. Adam is a past co-chair of NJAJ’s New Lawyers Division and currently serves on the organization Executive Committee as 3rd Vice President. Adam has also served in other leadership capacities including as Program Chair of multiple deposition and trial examination colleges. In this role, Adam has helped plan and facilitate the annual Meadowlands and Boardwalk conferences and has lectured on a variety of litigation topics including discovery, trial techniques and legal investigative strategies. Most recently, he has lectured on litigation pertaining to Uber and Lyft’s ride-sharing services.
