Samuel L. Davis is a personal injury attorney with over 40 years of legal experience. He is an original founding partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., in Teaneck, New Jersey. He represents clients in Teaneck, Hackensack, Paramus, Paterson and Wayne, as well as Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic and Union counties. 

Mr. Davis is dedicated to helping the injured and their families in cases involving issues such as catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, animal bites, brain injury, construction accidents, dramshop laws, slip-and-fall accidents, toxic mold and trucking accidents. He teaches on the legal aspects of medical malpractice to students at the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Davis has tried and settled many complex cases and argued before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court and the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Committed to professional education, he has lectured at seminars and events for various organizations. 

A graduate of Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree, Mr. Davis went on to receive his law degree from Rutgers Law School Camden. Prior to founding Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., he gained legal experience by clerking for a judge and a magistrate. 

Outside of the office, Mr. Davis is highly involved in his legal community. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and belongs to the association’s Vioxx Science Committee. He is also a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice, serving as chairman of the Medical Device and Products Liability Sections.
