Joshua D. Jaffe

Throughout his career, Mr. Jaffe has been a professional, passionate advocate, working vigorously to help his clients attain justice for his clients. Before transitioning into private practice, Mr. Jaffe served as an in-house counsel at Allstate Insurance Company and GEICO, where he primarily focused on insurance defense litigation. While serving in this capacity, he learned the approach and strategies insurance companies use to evade compensation. In his current practice, he uses this insight to plan strategies that can break through their defense and win his clients suitable settlements.

Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, Mr. Jaffe pursued his law degree at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 2016 and, in the following year, earned his licensure to practice law in New Jersey. He is an active member of the Ocean Bar County Association.
