Matthew R. Ehrhardt

Matthew R. Ehrhardt is an attorney at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, Gutman & Petro, LLC, where he represents clients throughout Toms River and the surrounding areas of New Jersey. He offers legal services across a broad range of practice areas, including landlord-tenant law, general civil litigation, summary dispossession proceedings, partitions, and contract disputes.

Within a relatively short period of time, Mr. Ehrhardt has made mammoth strides within his legal community through his pristine, client-centric practice that emphasizes personalized attention, meticulous focus and an unwavering work ethic that stops short of nothing in providing his clients with the relief they deserve.

He is proud alumnus of the New York Law School, where Mr. Ehrhardt laid the foundation for his legal career and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2022. Prior to attending law school, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University in 2019. The same year he graduated from law school, he became licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

Before entering into private practice, Mr. Ehrhardt gained valuable judicial experience as a judicial intern for the Hon. Frances Hodgson in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, General Equity Part. In that role, he developed a solid understanding of civil procedure, legal research and writing, and judicial decision-making, experience that continues to guide his litigation and advisory work today.

Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Ehrhardt is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Ocean County Bar Association. Through his professional involvement and daily work, he is committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and service for his clients.
