Paul A. Devlin

As a member of the Devlin, Cittadino & Toma, P.C., law firm in Trenton, New Jersey, attorney Paul A. Devlin focuses his practice exclusively on workers' compensation law. Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court in workers' compensation law and having handled only workers' compensation cases since 1999, Mr. Devlin possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to assist his clients with navigating the often complex and challenging workers' compensation claims process.

A tireless advocate for workers' rights, Mr. Devlin devotes his time and resources to help injured workers secure the benefits they need to support themselves and their families. In addition to handling all aspects of the initial filing, he also represents clients who need to appeal denied claims. In all cases, Mr. Devlin treats his clients with the compassion and respect they deserve while working hard to achieve the positive results they expect.

Fully committed to his practice, Mr. Devlin is actively involved with the New Jersey Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court, where he works with other legal professionals to improve the quality and effectiveness of the services they offer, as well as addressing issues surrounding workers' compensation law in New Jersey. In addition, he is also a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

A 1983 graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, Mr. Devlin obtained his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1994. That same year, both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association admitted him to practice. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
