Justin’s representation and counsel is also sought by governmental entities, which he advises on a range of matters including governance, land use, litigation, labor and employment and the variety of day-to-day legal issues that confront local governments. Justin has proudly served in various roles for municipalities, including as general solicitor, planning board solicitor, zoning board solicitor and labor counsel.
Drawing from his experiences with local government, Justin’s recent work for private clients includes representation in zoning and planning matters. He has a recent track record of success in obtaining variances and plan approvals from various boards throughout New Jersey. Justin is known for his meticulous preparation of land use applications and his ability to persuade, both in writing and while “on his feet.”
He is a frequent lecturer at various continuing legal education seminars. Mr. White is a past trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He is a past president of the Cumberland County Bar Association. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Vineland Downtown Improvement District. Mr. White is also active in his local chapter of Rotary International. He is Peer Reviewed by Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in several editions of the publication “Super Lawyers.”
Justin is a 2005 graduate of the Rutgers University School of Law. He is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. In law school, he was a law journal editor and moot court participant.
