Michael L. Testa

Serving clients throughout Cumberland County and the surrounding areas of South Jersey from his law firm in Vineland, senior partner Michael L. Testa Sr. has helped establish Testa Heck Testa & White, P.A., as one of the top full-service legal practices in the region.

Certified as a civil and criminal trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as well as certified as a civil trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Mr. Testa has achieved unprecedented success advocating on behalf of those in need.

Focusing his practice primarily on personal injury and wrongful death claims, he has helped secure substantial settlements and awards for his plaintiff clients adversely affected by automobile and commercial truck accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, construction accidents, environmental hazards and toxic exposure, and other acts of negligence or wrongdoing. He also maintains a successful commercial litigation practice.

A 1971 graduate of Villanova University, Mr. Testa returned to his alma mater and obtained his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1975. That same year, he received his license to practice from the New Jersey State Bar Association, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Renowned for his exceptional trial skills, Mr. Testa routinely conducts lectures across the country on effective trial practices and other legal subjects, and he has published numerous articles on a variety of legal topics. He is a member of several local, state and national bar associations and once served as president for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, New Jersey.
