Howard N. Sobel is the founder of The Law Offices of Howard N. Sobel, P.A., and represents the citizens of South Jersey and Burlington, Camden and Glouster counties. In 1976, Mr. Sobel graduated from Rutgers University with distinction and honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts in political science. During his time at Rutgers he also had a chance to intern with a United States senator. After his undergraduate work, he returned to school at Cleveland State University’s Cleveland Marshall College of Law, where he obtained a Juris Doctor in 1979. Mr. Sobel currently represents both individuals and businesses in their legal needs related to anything from selling a home to recovering from an injury caused by another.
A highly skilled attorney with almost four decades of experience, Mr. Sobel is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts. He is also a member of the Equipment Leasing Finance Association, the Lease Enforcement Attorney Networks, the Camden County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
