With over 32 years of experience providing diligent legal advocacy, Robert F. Simon has remained a stalwart figure within his legal community for his consistency in his eminent legal representation in complex legal matters pertaining to real estate law, as well as land use and zoning laws, and tax appeals. A shareholder at Herold Law, PA, in Warren, New Jersey, he serves clients throughout the surrounding region.
Mr. Simon completed his undergraduate studies in 1987, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Johns Hopkins University, and went on to enroll in the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in 1991, and a year later, he obtained his license to practice law in New Jersey. He later gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits.
Outside his law practice, Mr. Simon maintains close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations to help progress the standard of client care in his industry to greater heights, such as the New Jersey State Bar Association, where he is a member of the Real Estate Law Section and the Land Use Law Section.
