Mark J. Semeraro

A pillar of leadership within his legal community with over 30 years of experience, Mark J. Semeraro emphasizes personalized attention, an unwavering work ethic and meticulous focus in every case he takes on, regardless of the challenges. A managing member of the law office of Semeraro & Fahrney, LLC, in Wayne, New Jersey, he primarily handles all aspects of personal injury law, real estate and land redevelopment, employment law and public entity law, as well as commercial and complex litigation. 

Mr. Semeraro completed his undergraduate studies in 1989, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from William Paterson University. He went on to attend the Quinnipiac University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor in 1992, as well as his license to practice law in New Jersey and New York the same year. Later on, he gained admission to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. 

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. Semeraro fights tooth and nail to get his clients the respite they require in their legal issues so that they can focus on themselves and whatever matters to them most.
