Attorney Charles J. Uliano is a partner with Chamlin Uliano & Walsh law firm in West Long Branch, New Jersey. A leader in his legal community, Mr. Uliano has served as trustee representative to Monmouth County for the New Jersey State Bar Association, and he has served on the Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointment Committee as well as chair of the Nominating Committee. He is also the former president of the Monmouth County Bar Association and once served as trustee to the organization as well as chair of its Criminal Practice and Judicial Selection Committee.

He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey and the New Jersey Police Defense Association, as well as the New Jersey State Bar's Supreme Court Committee on Arbitration. He has also served as instructor of Police Civil Liability for both the Monmouth County and Ocean County Police Academies.
