Jeffrey E. Strauss

With an ardent desire to see his clients get the justice they deserve after suffering a traumatic injury due to negligence and recklessness, Jeffrey E. Strauss is determined to hold the liable party accountable for their actions. From the Strauss Law Offices, LLC, in Westfield, New Jersey, he primarily focuses on medical malpractice claims and motor vehicle accidents, but in some cases, also handles slip-and-fall cases, brain and spinal cord injury cases, and wrongful death claims. He was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney in 1992, and since then, has been recertified four times. Mr. Strauss completed his undergraduate studies in 1979 at Rutgers University–Newark, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree in zoology and physiology, along with coursework in immunology and endocrinology. After pursuing higher education at Boston University and receiving his Master of Science degree in applied physiology and anatomy-health sciences in 1982, he went on to enroll at the Cooley Law School. During his time studying law, he was the articles editor of the Cooley Law Review and obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude in 1985.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Strauss has been lauded by his peers for his intense dedication to his clients and the thorough, methodical approach he uses to achieve the same goals for his clients.
