Here at The Law Offices of Salazar, Sullivan & Jasionowski we represent clients in the state of New Mexico. We focus our practice entirely on medical malpractice, handling a wide range of cases. Our cases include but are not limited to the following: medical malpractice, postoperative complications, surgical errors, emergency room delays, nursing malpractice, brain damage, nursing home abuse and neglect, birth injuries, failure to diagnose cancer, wrongful death, cerebral palsy, birthing complications and prescription errors.

Our attorneys and staff treat each client with compassion, listening to their story, their challenges and their suffering. One of our attorneys, Tammy M. Jasionowski, uses her medical license to identify medical malpractice issues. Our other attorneys, Pia Aurelia Dominguez Salazar and Patrick W. Sullivan, use their years of trial experience to seek appropriate compensation for victims.

For the past 20 years, The Law Offices of Salazar, Sullivan & Jasionowski has worked primarily with litigation. We are experienced, knowledgeable and responsive and we make sure that every matter in our clients' cases is resolved in a way that is satisfactory to them. Part of our strategy is to plan ahead for what the defense may do, protecting our client's rights. Furthermore, we test our cases before a mock jury, breaking down medical language into words that juries can understand.

To further assist victims of medical malpractice, our law firm has published a book titled, "What Every New Mexico Malpractice Victim Must Know." We also offer free consultation to clients and provide Spanish speaking services. If victims are unable to visit our office because they are still in a care center or otherwise incapacitated, we are happy to make off-site visits and come to their location.
