Brittany Sayer

Brittany Sayer is an established attorney at Business Law Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She counsels clients statewide on alternative dispute resolution, civil litigation, creditor-debtor rights, insurance coverage and real estate. With over a decade of experience in the legal profession, she has successfully handled both transactional and administrative matters. 

Working as a general counsel to small businesses, Ms. Sayer provides practical legal guidance to companies without in-house counsel. She helps clients navigate risk, make appropriate decisions and support their immediate needs and long-term goals through a customized legal approach. Also helping clients in mergers and acquisitions, contracts and sales, she advocates for them in legal disputes arising from the same. 

After graduating from Southwestern University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and political science, Ms. Sayer joined The University of New Mexico School of Law to pursue her law degree. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 and earned her license to practice law in New Mexico in the same year. She started her career as a law clerk at Sandia National Laboratories. 

Her experience as a law clerk offered Ms. Sayer an insight into legal research, drafts and case materials, which allowed her to develop an understanding of legal processes. Through her efforts in pursuing cases both in court and in negotiations, she has consistently received suitable outcomes for her clients. Additionally, her fluency in Spanish enables her to connect with and serve the Spanish community in New Mexico. She is relentlessly committed to her clients and prioritizes their unique needs to provide a customized legal solution.
