F. Michael Hart

F. Michael Hart is a partner at Martinez, Hart, Thompson & Sanchez, P.C., and he has almost 30 years of experience. Since joining the firm in 1990, he has represented the citizens of Albuquerque and all of New Mexico in cases of personal injury, construction accidents, wrongful death, trucking accidents, brain injuries, sexual abuse, civil rights and civil claims for victims of crime. Mr. Hart attended Harvard University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts, then moved to the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor and worked on the New Mexico Law Review. When children and adults suffer harm from negligent, reckless or criminal conduct, he makes it his duty to protect them and obtain compensation for them.

With a passion for helping children, Mr. Hart is a member of the Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and many other professional organizations, including the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the National Crime Victim’s Bar Association, the National Crime Victim Law Institute, the National Center for Victims of Crime and the American Association of Justice.
