Mr. Hart attended Harvard University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in fine arts, then moved to the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctor and worked on the New Mexico Law Review. When children and adults suffer harm from negligent, reckless or criminal conduct, he makes it his duty to protect them and obtain compensation for them.
