Kat Fox is a dedicated attorney serving clients from her office at New Mexico Financial & Estate Planning Attorneys in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Upon completing her undergraduate studies in sociology from The University of New Mexico, Ms. Fox pursued her law degree at Drake University Law School. Before graduation, she served as a Licensed Student Attorney for the Drake Legal Clinic and the Polk County Attorney’s Office. This foundation has been instrumental in her client-centered approach, enabling her to resolve conflicts amicably and efficiently. She received her Juris Doctor in 2016 and was admitted to practice law in New Mexico in the next year.

Starting her career as an associate corporate counsel for Century Automotive Service Corp., Ms. Fox gained extensive experience in contract drafting. Later, while pursuing an Executive Master's in Business Administration, she managed up to 600 cases at a time while working as a lawyer for bank institutions in residential foreclosure proceedings. Also working as a public defender in Gallup, she advocated tirelessly for clients, strengthening her client-centered approach and conflict resolution skills.
