Kathy Love

Kathy Love is a respected member of the legal community for her skills and her ethics both in and outside of the courtroom.  She is a partner at McGinn Montoya Love Curry & Sievers PA, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and represents clients all over New Mexico. Focusing her practice on wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury, she stands up for real people who have been hurt by insurance companies, corporations and hospitals.  She handles medical malpractice, trucking accidents, nursing home neglect, defective product and civil rights cases. 

Ms. Love has been practicing law for more than 25 years.  Highly regarded by her fellow attorneys for her track record and professionalism, Ms. Love has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell both by her peers and the judiciary, and has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.  She was also selected for inclusion in Law Dragon, a publication which highlights the nation's leading lawyers.  

Ms. Love is dedicated to her community as well as her clients.  She is an active member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, the New Mexico Rules of Evidence committee, the newly created Patient Compensation Fund oversight committee, and the Supreme Court's Innovations committee.  She is frequently asked to speak at continuing legal education seminars on trial skills and strategies.
