Kelly Stout Sanchez

Kelly Stout Sanchez recently became a partner at Martinez, Hart, Thompson & Sanchez, P.C., handling cases of personal injury for those in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico. Admitted to practice in New Mexico, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, her practice is centered on children who have suffered injuries and other victims of crime. She handles cases of wrongful death, injuries to children, sexual abuse, child sexual abuse claims and civil claims for crime victims.

Passionate about making the world safer for children, Ms. Sanchez works with the National Crime Victims Bar Association, raises donations for the Albuquerque Public Schools Title I Homeless Project and assists the New Mexico Child Abuse Prevention Partnership.

She also is a member of the National Crime Victims Bar Association and a board member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association. At the University of Minnesota, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in history and political science. She then went on to the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor in 2009. A passionate advocate for the members of her community, she has been given the Faculty Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Law School Community from her alma mater every year since 2009.

Ms. Sanchez is a compassionate yet aggressive lawyer when it comes to representing the rights of her clients as they deal with the anguish and heartbreak that comes from an unplanned injury. She has a firm belief that corporations, government and people should be held accountable for their actions.
