Laurence S. Donahue

Representing clients in New Mexico and Illinois, Laurence (Larry) S. Donahue is a business law attorney at Law 4 Small Business, P.C. With over two decades of experience as an attorney, he is also a business executive with IT consulting and business development experience. As a former consultant, his clients included businesses of all sizes, including Amadeus Software Solutions, IBM, Bank One Corporation and GE Capital.

Mr. Donahue’s practice manages a long list of business law issues. In 1991, Mr. Donahue graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a minor in Economics. He then attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law at the Illinois Institute of Technology and, in 1995, earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in intellectual property. The United States Patent and Trademark Office has registered him as a patent attorney, and he is admitted to practice in Illinois and New Mexico.

The New Mexico Business Journal named him one of the Albuquerque 40 Under 40 for two years straight. Mr. Donahue gained leadership experience at companies such as Leapnet Inc., Baker Robbins & Company, FatCow web hosting and SpaBoom.
