Nghiem B. Nguyen

Nghiem B. Nguyen serves as an associate attorney at Business Law Southwest in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving clients in matters of civil litigation. He also holds additional experience in transactional matters. As a dedicated attorney, he is committed to providing his clients with quality legal services that are customized to their unique needs. 

After graduating from The University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2010, Mr. Nguyen pursued his legal studies at The University of New Mexico School of Law. Upon earning his Juris Doctor in 2015, he gained admission to the State Bar of New Mexico the following year. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. While in law school, he was the manuscript editor for the Natural Resources Journal. 

Starting his career as a plaintiff attorney, Mr. Nguyen advocated for individuals in personal injury cases. He counseled clients in car crashes, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, work injuries and more, striving to secure fair compensation for their pain. Today, he brings the same tenacity and vigor to his practice, constantly placing his clients’ needs before anything else.
