A 1993 graduate of Lewis and Clark College, Ms. Berenson studied at the Universidad de Mendoza in Argentina before returning to the U.S. to pursue her legal degree. She obtained her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline School of Law) in 1997, and she has earned certification in Car Accident Reconstruction, which helps her to better evaluate and prepare for her clients' personal injury claims resulting from car accidents.

Active in her legal community, Ms. Berenson is a member of the National Association of Trial Attorneys and the Nation Employment Lawyers Association, among her other professional affiliations. She is fluent in Spanish as well as Bahasa Indonesian, which helps her directly communicate with a broader clientele.
