I have over 30 years' experience in oil and gas law, oil and gas litigation, contested mortgage foreclosure litigation, real estate matters and business litigation. I originally practiced in Houston, Texas before moving my practice to Albuquerque, New Mexico. I continue to be licensed to practice in Texas as well as New Mexico. I have tried over 50 cases in Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico before juries, judges and arbitration tribunals. I was appointed as a Special Assistant Attorney General by the State of New Mexico in complex oil and gas severance tax matters. I hold an AV preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
