Brian Egolf

As an attorney at Egolf + Ferlic + Martinez + Harwood, Brian Egolf represents clients in New Mexico in matters of personal injury. This includes complex civil litigation, land and use matters, whistleblower cases, wrongful death and medical malpractice.

Mr. Egolf graduated from Georgetown University’s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science before pursuing a career as an attorney. In 2005, he graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Mexico and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.

Prior to his career in the law, Mr. Egolf worked for the Clinton Administration at the White House and for the office of the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury. Since he started his legal career, he has been a passionate advocate for the rights of those who have been injured or had their rights violated as he works to obtain compensation for them.  Brian served in the New Mexico House of Representatives from 2009-2023 and was Speaker of the House from 2017-2023.
