Luke Pierpont

A passionate member of the community in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Luke Pierpont is an partner with Egolf + Ferlic + Martinez + Harwood. He focuses on general civil practice along with matters related to real estate law, land use and water law. His clients include utilities, municipalities, individuals and businesses. With almost a decade of experience, he has proven to be an advocate for the environment and the responsible use of its resources.

Admitted to practice in the state of New Mexico, Mr. Pierpont is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. As a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, he served on the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Section Board of Directors.

Mr. Pierpont studied at Colorado College, where he graduated in 1998 with his Bachelor of Arts degree, followed by the University of New Mexico School of Law, where he graduated cum laude with clinical honors and his Juris Doctor in 2012.

As a knowledgeable, highly qualified lawyer, Mr. Pierpont takes clients from Santa Fe, Raton, Farmington, Albuquerque, Taos, Espanola and Los Alamos, and the surrounding areas. Committed to being a responsible legal advocate for his clients, he has spent much of his career becoming familiar with environmental and water law, and how it affects those who need to actively use the natural resources available.
