Thomas M. Clark

Attorney Thomas M. Clark is a partner at Clark, Jones & Ruyle, LLC, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Mr. Clark practices in areas of law that include civil rights, criminal defense and personal injury, serving clients throughout New Mexico. He has over 25 years of legal experience and has successfully helped many New Mexico residents with their civil and criminal legal issues over his career.

In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Clark handles all types of felonies and misdemeanors, including DUI and traffic matters. His personal injury practice consists of representing victims injured due to catastrophes such as automobile accidents and medical malpractice.

Mr. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree from Westminster College and received his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.  He obtained his license to practice law in 1995. He is qualified to practice before all state courts in Arkansas and New Mexico, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
