She earned her Juris Doctor in 1993, and she was licensed to practice law before the state courts of New York in 1994. Ms. Pasculli is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates and the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations.
Ms. Pasculli chose to devote her legal career to helping vulnerable groups after seeing the bureaucratic obstacles her elderly parents faced as they struggled to cope with dementia. She helps her clients with wills and trusts, nursing home care, and powers of attorney, and organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates and the New York State Bar Association have asked her to speak about topics ranging from Medicaid and public benefits to guardianships and trusts.
