Daniel R. Miller

Daniel Miller is the managing partner at Miller & Miller Law Group located in Brooklyn, New York. Daniel focus his practice on Elder Law and Estate Planning. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Delaware graduating cum laude and Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.  Following law school, he joined his father, Ira K. Miller,  practicing Elder Law and formed Miller & Miller Law Group.  A third generation lawyer, Daniel believes in effective communication and providing an incredible client experience. 

Miller & Miller Law Group focuses on Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, and Guardianship throughout New York City.

Daniel is the chair of the Elder Law Committee for the Brooklyn Bar Association and a Trustee for the Brooklyn Bar Association.  He has been published in the Brooklyn Barrister and has written articles for the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Journal. He is on the Executive Committee for the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section.  Daniel's paper on Harmless Error won an award from the American Trust and Estates Counsel (ACTEC). 

Outside the office Daniel has an incredible wife and two wonderful daughters. He is also a tortured yet hopeful New York Jets Fan.
