He then attended Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2005. In 2006, he was New York State Bar admitted to practice in New York. He also practices before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Tini uses his extensive legal knowledge to educate others. Along with having been an adjunct professor of political science for Dowling College and St. Joseph's College, he also lectures before the Suffolk County Bar Association Academy of Law on topics related to matrimonial law and civil practice.

Committed to both his practice and his community, Mr. Tini is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has also volunteered with the International Human Rights Clinic and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, as well as other local and regional civic organizations.
