She has been able to achieve successful results for her clients through jury and arbitration awards as well as through settlements that she has negotiated out of court. Ms. Kane’s successful track record has earned her an “Excellent” peer review rating through Avvo along with other honors. She is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.
