We also represent individual and large institutional clients in regulatory proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and other agencies. While our office is based in New York, New York, we have assisted clients in the Cayman Islands, Canada, Iceland, Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, Gibraltar, Spain, Germany and France.

Our team is comprised of 11 lawyers, many of whom have been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers, and several have received an AV Preeminent* peer-review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Our firm has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as a leading law firm in the areas of government investigations and white collar criminal matters in its annual Chambers USA guide each year since 2009. In addition to our trial and administrative practices, our lawyers also regularly handle criminal and civil appeals as well.

Our complex civil litigation practice encompasses every stage of the proceedings, from the drafting of pleadings to the filing of motions to discovery and ultimately trial. We have gained extensive experience in representing financial institutions and other purchasers and issuers in cases involving residential mortgage-backed securities and collateralized debt obligations. Our firm has also successfully represented nine Cayman Island hedge funds that were defrauded in connection with a U.S. stock manipulation scheme.

In addition to obtaining successful outcomes for our clients, we also strongly believe in helping those who are less fortunate. Our partners and associates regularly offer their legal services on a pro bono basis on a variety of civil and criminal matters.
