Anne L. Clark

Anne L. Clark is the Managing Partner at Vladeck Raskin & Clark, P.C., located in New York, New York. Representing clients throughout the metropolitan area, she focuses her practice of law exclusively in the area of employment law and related legal matters, including advocating for employees in discrimination and retaliation, contract, and whistleblower cases.

Ms. Clark received her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from New York University in 1985. She then went on to pursue her legal studies at New York University School of Law and was awarded her Juris Doctor, cum laude in 1990. After graduation, Ms. Clark served as a law clerk for a judge on the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island, and was a staff attorney at what was formerly called NOW Legal Defense and Education Fund before entering private practice.

Ms. Clark is admitted to practice law before all of the state courts of Massachusetts and New York. She is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. district courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 11th districts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Highly regarded by her fellow professionals, Ms. Clark has received an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.

Dedicated to her profession and its furtherance, Ms. Clark has served as an adjunct faculty member at Fordham University School of Law. She is an active participant in several legal organizations, including the Federal Bar Council, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
