D. Carl Lustig, III

D. Carl Lustig III is a member of Arye, Lustig & Sassower, P.C., a premier Manhattan personal injury law firm serving the New York City area since 1965. Mr. Lustig focuses on personal injury trials and appeals for plaintiffs who have suffered devastating losses due to accidents of all types, medical malpractice and defective products. His primary area of concentration is construction accident litigation under the New York State Labor Law.

Mr. Lustig enjoys a well-deserved reputation as one of the top trial lawyers in New York City and has numerous seven-figure and eight-figure verdicts and settlements to his credit.
